Returns

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

Damaged or Incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos so we can make it right quickly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Exchange

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please place a new order afer your return is approved
